Terms of service.
Effective April 27, 2026.
1. Open-source software
The Goderash SDK and control-plane source code are licensed under the Apache License 2.0. Use, modification, and distribution are governed by that license. The full text is available at github.com/goderash/goderash.
2. Hosted control plane (beta)
The hosted service at api.goderash.com is in beta. We provide it on an as-is basis. We may change pricing, features, or service terms with 30 days notice. We will not delete your tenant's data without 30 days notice unless required by law or to prevent harm.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Goderash to:
- Fabricate, forge, or backdated audit evidence
- Circumvent the hash-chain integrity verification
- Attempt to access another tenant's data
- Perform automated attacks against the control-plane API
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Warranty disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE AND HOSTED SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. GODERASH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONFIRMING APPLICABILITY TO YOUR REGULATORY CONTEXT WITH QUALIFIED COUNSEL.
5. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GODERASH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia. Disputes will be resolved by arbitration before the Ethiopian Arbitration and Conciliation Centre (EACC) before any judicial proceeding.
